Objective |
Give you the necessary confidence to conduct business in English...NOW We all have our own style, our own way of communicating,
handling business relationships. When we switch to a second language
we loose our confidence: we no longer feel at ease, our skills do not
all transfer automatically to the new environment. |

Speaking
our own language we don't think about the words and structures we are
using. We think about the concept we want to express. Speaking a second
language we worry about the words we are using: are they the right ones,
pronounced correctly, in the right order? Our intonation tends to level
out. We control our body language. We are afraid of getting the words
wrong. But words actually play a relatively small part in communication. There is also an issue to do with how we perceive our learning and efficiency. Studying a new subject the initial sensation is always one of great progress. When we don't speak a word of a language, learning 20 new words makes us feel as if we have made great progress. The truth is, however advanced a level we reach, it never seems to be enough. In reality what we must learn to do is use what we already know. This is true in many walks of modern life, we always want more, without really knowing what to do with what we already have.
In a language learning situation we need a professional coach to guide, encourage and support us in the realisation of our full potential. With the help of your coach you will:
